Does it work ever?
I go to my account and click "order history". I wondering is it that way all the time or do I have bad luck. I have tryed first time check these because of my bookkeeping.
I get the same message.
It is possible that the message is disingenuous - the service may be "down" for maintenance
All green here > Apple - Support - System Status
Describe in detail HOW you tried. What about it doesn't work?
"We're sorry, but our Order Status services are extremely busy right now. Please try again later."
This should work all the time !!!
Yes I know. I am just bissed off because this should work all the time, but no. So I have to come down and change my phone to another one.

We are all volunteers here... Try again is your only option (seems clear that there is nothing "broken" since it gives you a precise error message)
