I go to my account and click "order history". I wondering is it that way all the time or do I have bad luck. I have tryed first time check these because of my bookkeeping.
I get the same message.
It is possible that the message is disingenuous - the service may be "down" for maintenance

Describe in detail HOW you tried. What about it doesn't work?

We are all volunteers here... Try again is your only option (seems clear that there is nothing "broken" since it gives you a precise error message)
