Can you share notes with non iOS / Android users?
I have sent invitations to non iPhone users, but they get errors and cannot view.
Can I share my notes with android users?
If yes, do they need an iCloud account?

Can I share my notes with android users?
As a non-collaborative copied/pasted txt in an SMS or email, yes.
As a native iOS-only "Note" on their device, no.
If they set up a web-only iCloud account, that does support Notes, so that should be a solution.
