apps not download through cellular network

I just got a brand new 8 Plus yesterday and had no problems downloading my apps on cellular data. Now today I can't seem to download any apps (even apps that are under 100MB) when I'm on cellular data. I prefer to use my data because it's much faster than my Wi-Fi, and I am not always around Wi-Fi anyways. What if I need to download an app on cellular data?

Hi Ketiana,

That is unfortunate, sorry to hear that! A few things that come to mind... 1) Check to make sure that your iPhone is set up to download applications over cellular data. Go to Settings -> iTunes & App Store and make sure that Use Cellular Data is toggled on. If that does that not work, 2) restart your iPhone. Sometimes that can help clear out random bugs. 🙂 And if that does not work you could 3) contact your carrier and see if there is anything wrong on their end.

Hope this helps!
