How is it bent? As in the entire case? It basically can't be repaired. Maybe a third-party might try, but it isn't likely to be reliable. You really don't want the glass popping out. The case keeps the glass in, you could end up with the digitizer acting up.
This was where a previous posted got the price. It's called a "repair" but it's really just a "broken iPhone trade-in".

It can't be "fixed" The phone will have to be replaced. Make an appointment at the genius bar of your local Apple Store. An out of warranty replacement is US$299.
Just wondering, if I super taped up the phone’s sides where it’s peeling, would it cause the screen to stop coming off? I don’t really mind the bent screen as much, but the screen coming off is quite annoying
