Incoming calls get rejected automatically after recent update

Hello Apple,

I m from India.

I have been facing an issue with my Iphone X.

My incoming calls are getting rejected automatically, but when I get the call 2nd time from same number in the span of a min it works well. According to the people on the other end who have been calling me they say that call gets cut after one ring. Due to such issue I have been missing lot of important calls. Requesting the apple support team to provide me a solution as soon as possible. Hope I have not taken a wrong dicision of buying this product. It has not been a month also.

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. I can see from your post that you're unable to receive incoming calls on your iPhone X. I understand that this is not the experience you'd expect after a month, but you've come to the right place for help with this. I'll do what I can to make sure this works as expected. First, you'll want to be sure that you're running the latest iOS, which at the time of this post is 11.2.2. Also, check out this resource below for more help with this.
