What if someone is spying on my text

I suspect somebody is using some spy program to spy on my text messages how do I prevent this

iPhone 8, iOS 11.2.2

It sounds heavily unlikely unless you have root filesystem access. If you want utmost safety, you need a fresh reinstall of iOS. Which model of iPhone do you have?

Don't let anyone have physical access to your phone.

Change your password right now and make it a very strong one.

Use a strong passcode to lock your device.
