iphone 7 problems after 11.2.2

I recently updated my Iphone 7 to ios 11.2.2. Since then I have had a number of different problems.

Screen is continuously freezing.

Problems with ALL apps. They will open, not load and then close down.

Battery life is drastically decreased.

I have restarted phone multiple times, hard reset, uninstalled and reinstalled apps, removed SIM card. Nothing has worked. Since then I have resorted back to my Iphone 5 for the time being.

Any insight would be very helpful. Thank you.
