Songs not transferring to iPod

You cannot transfer songs that are not downloaded to your computer, or that come via an Apple Music subscription. Unchecked tracks are usually excluded from syncing. What type of iPod is it? Are you trying manually manage it or sync with selected playlists etc?

See Sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iTunes on your computer using USB - Apple Support. See the image in part 5 of Sync your content with iTunes. Either you sync with the entire music library or with selected playlists etc. If you're syncing the latter then you need to review what you've chosen to make sure that will include all of the content you want to sync.

Any error messages? Have you checked the sync selections to make sure that the tracks are supposed to be included in what syncs?
