Hello!
I just bought an Ikea Wireless Charger (NORDMÄRKE), and would like to know if it's safe to use with my iPhone 10.
Thank you!!

Wow, I wasn't familiar with that pad and it's certainly pricey. You got the one that will charge 3 devices? At any rate, it says it will charge any QI Certified device and your iPhone X will work with a pad that is QI Certified, so in theory it should work fine. It will either charge or not charge, so you shouldn't worry about the safety of it.
I'm getting $19.99 (says "NEW LOWER PRICE" with $34.99 crossed out) on the Ikea US website. However, the photo looks different than the image on the Qi-certification listing. This one shows a wider wooden base, while for the certification list the white "puck" seems bigger.

Is there anything cheaper available?

The one I found was a 3 device pad for $114 with the Nordmarke name associated with it. That's why I said it was pricey.
I just found it on the Ikea US website on a main "splash" page for wireless chargers.

The "triple pad" version is listed in two colors at $59.99 (was $69.99) on the US website.

This one is even cheaper (US $12.99):

Those are certainly more reasonable. Not sure why they're so pricey on Amazon?
That's where you saw it? Looks like they're being resold by speculators through Amazon. Ikea is showing some of them being sold out. For the wood-finish one I see it "probably in stock" at one store near me, and not in stock at two more. None of the Northern California Ikea stores list the "RÄLLEN" base being in stock. Only the white one is available online, and that would be $10 for shipping.
I don't see why not. It's on the Qi-certified list.

That's very reasonably priced and it should work just fine on your iPhone X.
