2 days ago Gmail quit loading on my Safari

Gmail suddenly quit loading on my Safari. It loads fine with other browsers, but it now gets stuck about 7/8 the way through the download. I can access with the simple HTML version but I want the regular download back. Anyone know why this is happening or how to fix it? Having same problem no mater what high speed connection I am on. Other sites load fine on Safari (including Google), only Gmail is a problem.
