My Mac book Pro is stuck on Update 10.7.5 and It wont let me sign into my Apple account, Im always trying to sign in to my account but it keeps saying did you forget you Password and I did reset it...

Is it asking for your Apple ID password or the user password?

After I reset my password, I tryed signing in again an it still won’t let me, it says like you forgot your password
