How to setup correct server adress and hostname for 'outside of network' file sharing

Hi, I'm trying to access my Macbook Air from an outside network with file sharing. I have enabled DDNS on my router at home but I am not sure what I should put as hostname in the DDNS settings.

Also what settings should i put in the global dynamic hostname settings in the file sharing menu on my Macbook Air?
