High Sierra Boot Camp Will NOT install Windows 7 8 or 10

I'm trying to install Windows 7 with my MacBook Pro Retina 2013 Late, and Boot Camp cannot partition the drive. I tried to manually partition the drive and that doesn't work.

I called my Apple Authorized Store where i purchase my computer and they said with High Sierra, the Boot Camp is not currently operating properly.

Is there a work around? Will an update be released? I switched to mac years ago with no issues, but I do field work and programming on electrical equipment. Some equipment must be programmed with a PC and usb and manufacturers are only making windows programming software..... and now i'm stuck!

Apple, please help or release a FIX for this issue!

Thank you!

MacBook Pro with Retina display, macOS High Sierra (10.13.3)
