Did you allow them access to your computer at any stage?

If so:

Back up all your data.

Wipe the hard drive. You have no idea what they might have installed while they had access.

Reinstall the OS and apps from original sources.

Change all your passwords.

Change all your credit and debit cards as well. Warn your bank that they may have been fraudulently accessed.

No, 24/7 Techies are not well regarded. Except for a couple of great reviews, likely placed by themselves, all other reviews I've read is they are scammers. Or, at least an untrustworthy business. A very common review statement is they take your money to perform some sort of service, but then never do.

This is all information you could easily find yourself. As a couple of reviews noted, I would be especially leery of a company that calls you out of the blue and offers to fix your computer. Really? How do they know anything is wrong with it?
