Macbook Pro won't shut down

Everyday, if I use the MacBook for just a few minutes, it won't shut down by itself. It stays on the black screen and I have to hold the power button to turn it off.

If I turn to computer on, then turn it off it will shut down, but use it just a few minutes it can't turn off.

I have tried closing all programs before shutdown, no success.

I've tried the reset SMC, no success.

This shut down issue has been going on for a few months.

I have downloaded the latest upgrade and here's my specs:

Any suggestions?
