Problems Logging with new Apple ID

Good Morning,

I have created a Fake account to test payments in sand box for an iOS app, everything appears to be right until I have try to connect in my iPhone, Mac or iPad. When I try to connect every time it tell me It can't sometimes is because can't reach the server other times is because "this apple id cannot be used with the itunes store at this time" but when I go to that account in https://appleid.apple.com/account/manage it's tell me that I have logged in in these phones, after some tries and some time in the iPhone has appear the Sand box user name in settings. But I cannot connect to iTunes & App Store neither TestFlight with that account.

I have been looking for that 3 days, because at first I supposed that it was in my side but, could be a server issue too.

But as I said after logging error I am logged but I can not do anything with the account:

As you can check test flight (The last screenshot) tell that "Apple ID: Not Signed in" but the main problem is whey I try to "Sign In" and push "Use Existing Apple ID" nothing Happens.
