How do I copy a spreadsheet in a workbook and retain all the page formatting?
Thank you! Can you tell me if it is possible to select multiple sheets at one time, I want to link some cells on one sheet to several others so I don't have to do each sheet separately.
You can't select multiple sheets at one time (sheets are the "tabs" that on their canvas contain tables that have cells). But if you have interlinked tables you can leave the "source" table (the table you are referring to in a formula) in place and duplicate the "destination" tables (the tables that draw their data from the "source" table). To duplicate a table, click in it, then click the "bulls-eye" upper left to select the entire table "as an object," type command-c to copy, click once on the canvas of the sheet where you want it, and type command-v to paste the table into a new location. The new table will have the same formatting and the same links back to the "source" table as the original table that you copied.

Go to the sheet name (the "tab" at the top), click to the right of the name there, and choose Duplicate from the dropdown menu that appears.

Thank you, that helps.
