Message App Notification Badge not clearing
The message notification badge is not clearing when all messages are read. This is extremely annoying. Turning it off is not a good option.

I see that the badge app icon doesn't leave after you've reviewed all of your messages. I'm happy to help.
Use notifications on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch -- Turn off notifications for Messages (Settings > Notifications > Messages), restart your iPad, then turn the notifications for Messages back on. Test for a bit.
