Why am I not able to pay my subscription to Apple Music?

When I’m trying to listen to my music it says that my payment method was declined and to click my billing info and to update it. Whenever I am updating my info it says the same thing. What can I do?

Check that the billing information is correct. If it is, contact your bank or the iTunes Store staff.
