I have a Late 2013 a1419 imac 27in that will not turn on nothing appears on screen nor do i hear anything running. All it does is make a churn noise constantly every 3 seconds. Kinda sounds like the hard drive trying to start but not too sure any suggestions??

Try resetting the NV/PRAM by holding Cmd + Option + P + R, and press the power button. Continue to hold for 10-15 seconds. See if you hear the unit chime. If it is not chiming at all, then you could have a hardware issue, most likely with the logic board or possibly the hard drive. There is a slim chance it may be the power supply too, but relatively unlikely. If you do hear it chime, then it is most likely the display. I would just double check by resetting the NV/PRAM. Otherwise, I would take it to at Apple Store or a third-party AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider).
Take your iMac to the repair shop for a free diagnostic test.

Unless the memory issues, which can be rectified by users, you might want to take to Apple or Apple authorized services to have it check.
Im going to try this as soon as i get home. Hope its not the logic board.
