Obviously nobody on here (i.e. fellow users) can do anything about it. If it’s a purchase that shows on your iTunes account and if neither you or anybody you’ve given access to the account did, change the account’s password if you haven’t already done so, and contact iTunes Support e.g. via the emailed receipt or your purchase history or https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
