If you please I need to solve my camera issue, my rear Camera and Flash are not working, it gives me black 📺 black screen, knowing that it works normally when I open it by Messenger (FB) but still the Flash isn’t working, any solution to fix this issue please?

If you have no changes, I would contact your nearest Apple Store, and have your iP7+ checked.

Try a restore from backup if as you say the camera is working in Facebook. But it the flash doesn't work at all, you likely have a hardware issue which may not be resolved by any other means other than to have Apple evaluate your phone.

Doesn’t help, and if the nearest IPhone store is 2-3 hours away that’s not practical. Apple then says to mail it in, what do I do for a phone in the meantime?? Very poor resolution to a bug that many people seem to have. Their tech support people don’t know how to fix it so don’t bother with online chat or calling them.
