Why my iPhone determines the location of Astrakhan, but I'm in Arkhangelsk?

my current location showing wrong in apps actually I’m at Gannavaram, Andhra Pradesh, India but my current location showing in all the apps is in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India This is my current location taken from my Andriod phone This is what showing in my iPhone The distance between two locations is about some hundreds of miles. iPhone shows me in wrong location. So, this is only a problem when I am asking for the location of things near me. I am 150 miles from where the phone thinks that I am.
