Why Apple let apps like Calm to exist in their store?

The app is a scam. I downloaded the app called Calm after reading review that it is app of the year just to try it out. After 7 days, it charged me for about USD59 per year of subscription. I didn't even click subscribe in their app. As a matter of fact, I just open it, then close it within 1 minute and never use it again. Please check your app approval method.

"If you have been charged for a subscription and no longer wish to use Calm, you can request a refund from Apple. Please note, you will need to work with Apple directly, as Calm is not able to manage in-app purchases or offer refunds on their behalf. You can contact iTunes Customer Support directly at https://getsupport.apple.com/."

If you decide to forget about it...
