my live photos don’t have sound

I have an iPhone X running iOS 11.2.1. My iLive Photo’s are not recording sound like they should be. My SE recorded sound just fine, my X has never recorded sounds on Live Photo’s. I thought it was just a glitch that needed the first update to 11.1, but it is still not working! Frustrating!

Diamondork,

Check the mute button in the Control Center. Does sound work otherwise?

Get help with the microphones on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

Let us know if you get it fixed.

Thanks for the suggestion. Mute is not on. All other sound functions work just fine. It’s only the Live Photo’s that don’t seem to be working properly.
