have been forgotten keychain passwords how to reset
I have forgotten the key chain password for safari and another apps on my Mac.
The Keychain is different -- you may need to create a new keychain
if you cannot reset password. This site linked shows these options.

Not sure if there isn't yet another issue, due to how you wrote inquiry.
{There may be an issue with certificates if you're trying to use old Safari
& if those secure site certificates have expired w/o suitable replacement.}
