Can I recover deleted Notes I accidently deleted from iPhone 6s?

Can I recover deleted Notes I accidently deleted from my iPhone ? They used to be on all my devices now gone. Does it matter which of my devices I do the restore on my iPad mini, iPad Pro or iPhone 6s. My notes used to be on all of these devices now gone.

i use iCloud for my backups but when I go to restore it something about unavailable check back later... it has been 2 days! They used to be in my Gmail account as well and now gone too.

Please help

It depends on when you backed up. If you have backed up since you deleted the messages, they're gone. If you have not backed up since you deleted the messages, they would be contained in the backup. Do you know when you deleted and do you know if you've backed up since?
