Strange text changes in my messages.

I took out the few shortcuts I had for my keyboard. But I don't know if there is a place where you can lookup words and phrases the iphone learns from you and change them (or in this case, delete them)? Like a personal dictionary?

For a basic example. I might be typing "where are you going" and maybe I misspell part of it, or just type "maybe" and next thing I know it puts in "moments NFG" (just an example, but the NFG is in there A LOT)???

I don't know where it's getting this, and it is not what I typed, but it changes it a word or two later. I tried turning off things like Predictive and others, but I still see it come up. Especially that stupid NFG.

I am stumped on this. Anyone have a suggestion or has dealt with this before.
