Do you live in the UAE? It's likely legitimate, but be advised if you bought it there and you live in another country your warranty is only valid in the country of purchase and phones coming from the UAE may not have Facetime and those phones can't have Facetime enabled in countries which do permit Facetime.
I actually don’t know but may be because i bought it from Saudi Arabia and for the first time i didn’t buy from an official apple store and this is really confusing me
