Greetings Qđức0512,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. It seems like the assistive Touch window is partially off the screen. If you rotate the screen into landscape mode, is the window centered? Something you may want to try is to disable the feature an re-enable it again. I would recommend you read this article and use it to help troubleshoot the issue.

Go to Settings > General > Accessibility > AssistiveTouch, then turn on AssistiveTouch.

Use AssistiveTouch on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Take care.

Hey Qđức0512,

Thanks for the update. If you are not able to tap the screen to turn off Assistive Touch, you can also turn it off by using Siri. If you hold the Home button and tell Siri to turn Assistive Touch off, it will disable this feature that way too. You can also re-enable it again the same way and see if the window is centered or off center.

Take care.
