can airpods work with non apple devices?

they use the bluetooth profile called a2dp https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Bluetooth_profiles#Advanced_Audio_Distribu tion_Profile_(A2DP)

they will work with every device which support outputting audio to that bluetooth profile

some features may only work on devices it officially support though

Airpods Can Work Without An Apple Device. But Android Devices Don’t Support Siri, You Can’t Skip Songs By Tapping The Sides, And It Wont Detect When You Put Them In Your Ears Or Take Them Out, So It Won’t Pause Automatically.
