I have been unable to update my payment method. The feedback I get is "Payment method declined"

I have been unable to update my payment method. My profile indicates that no payment method has been selected. I have selected the card payment option and have uploaded the information on two of my master cards, the accounts are funded and the cards are functional yet the feedback I keep getting is "Payment method declined"
