She reads truth app won't let me delete or update

A couple weeks ago I was updating all of my apps on my phone. A couple including the she reads truth app got stuck updating. I fixed the others by going into my settings and deleting them from there but the she reads truth app will not delete or update no matter what I try. I have reset my phone and tried to delete the app multiple ways but nothing. I contacted apple and I tried everything they suggested but no luck. Any ideas or thoughts??? Thanks in advance!
