My Apple ID is disabled even though I just made a new one and restarted my whole phone ?
Hello, I restarted my phone phone and made a new Apple ID and it’s still saying my Apple ID is disabled ? Any help?

Why did you make a new Apple ID? That means that you will have to remake all purchases made with the previous ID. See: If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support
