i’ve bought iphone 7plus 32gb rose gold from online shop.. and then i check my serial number & IMEI in https://checkcoverage.apple.com/mo/en/ but it show "we're sorry but this is a serial number for a product that has been replaced”,, what it’s meaning?

It is easy to re-seal iPhone (previous owner replaces iPhone) so demand a new one.
That does not appear to be an Apple Authorized Reseller in Indonesia, so if they are not, then there is no telling what state the device you purchased is in. As ckuan indicated, take it back and get it replaced or get a refund.
