Apple Remote Desktop will not load

I have been having some issues ARD over the past several weeks, but now it will not load. Previously it would load, but machines in the list would sometimes not appear, and should I ever close the window, I could never re-open the window without force-quitting the application.

Now it hangs on startup.

My OS is 10.13.3 -- I am wondering if the .3 update is the culprit since it is working on a 10.13.2 machine.

I trashed the app and then re-installed via the store, but I am still having the same problem.
