27'' iMac won't start up

Hello, my late 2013 iMac 27'' with 3TB Fusion Drive and High Sierra won't start up, it gets stuck with the white apple logo and the white/black progress bar midway, I've tried everything I know, secure mode, alt, recovery, reset the NVRAM, SMC, Apple Hardware test passed ok, I even made a bootable USB installation of High Sierra and the installation starts but gets stuck the same, also made a clean install in a external SSD with other iMac and tried to start it with this disk but nothing, with a Thunderbolt cable I started in target mode and was able to see the Fusion Drive and its content and ended up splitting the Fusion Drive with the Terminal from the healthy iMac so ended up with the 2 drives and with Disk Utility formatted those drives with Mac OS Extended (Journaled), so the ill iMac is now clean but still could not install from Recovery or from the installer, it always gets stuck in the process, I also tried starting in Verbose Mode and could see that always gets stuck in the same line, I attache pictures of the last lines in case someone could help, thank you all

Have you tried Internet Recovery?

Restart with Command+Option+R pressed until you see a spinning globe. This key combo will let you install the most current OS that's compatible with your Mac (High Sierra). You boot into Apple's Recovery servers.

It does take awhile for the macOS or OS X Utilities Menu to load. Have you been patient long enough?

If you don't get to the Utilities Menu then there's something else wrong which might be hardware related and you might need to setup a Genius Bar appointment at a local Apple Store to diagnose.
