How to remove definitive the payment information?

You are trying to remove it just by logging into the account (you won't be able to remove payment details when trying to download something) : Change or remove your Apple ID payment information in the iTunes Store - Apple Support ?

If you are and if you aren't getting the 'none' option, the page that you posted from tells you why : Why can’t I select None when I edit my Apple ID payment information? - Apple Support
