Connecting a Nintendo Wii to my Mac Mini

Hi there, please help me. I have a Mac Mini which I connect to the internet via a wired broadband modem (BT Voyager 210 ADSL Router) through an ethernet cable. I need to connect my Nintendo Wii and have no idea how to set up a wireless network.

I need help as I am completely hopeless at this sort of thing. Can I even use my Mac to connect the Wii to the internet with my current set up as I don't use Airport Express to connect to the internet.

Could somebody give a really simple, step by step guide how to do this?

subseasniper, Welcome to the discussion area!

There have been several threads about trying to use OS X's Internet Sharing to give a Wii or PS3 access to the Internet. The end result is failure. It appears that there are some ports used by the Wii and PS3 that are provided by OS X's Internet Sharing.

The solution is to forget about using the Mac as a wireless base station and get a real wireless base station instead.
