If you subscribed via your iTunes account log into it (e.g. tap on it Settings > iTunes & App Store on an iOS device ; Account > View My Account menu option on a computer's iTunes) and go to the Subscriptions section - see : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support
