camera display on apple watch doesn't work

Hi, i just bought apple watch today.

after align with my phone, im trying to open camera on apple watch, for first time it works. after that i try to sign in with new device apple, still work, the issue starting when i sign in back to my apple device, and im trying to open the camera from apple watch, unfortunately it is doesn't work. somebody could help me for this issue ?
