How to get rid of this apple id pop up i don’t even know where it came from and i’ve searched everywhere to delete it but i can’t seem to find a solution

Moses, I'd call into Apple support or iTunes support. If you do NOT recognize this Apple ID whatsoever, this could be part of a scam that is occurring with iTunes accounts in relation to false family sharing plans they set up via obtaining your email address.

I'd call support, get verified, and allow them to assist, clarify, etc

Doesn't matter. Apps downloaded with an Apple ID are forever tied to it, and will always require it to update.

That Apple ID is embedded in the app, and cannot be changed. If you don't know the password for it, the only option is to remove the App that is tied to that Apple ID.

Cancel the prompt, find the App and delete it. If its trying to update it will continue to request it until you delete it.

But it's not FROM Apple. It is someone's Apple ID, and the username to the left of the @ can be any valid set of characters. For that matter, the entire Apple ID can be any valid email address from anywhere in the world.

Open the App Store App, and look at what Apps are there that have updates available. One of those Apps should be the one requiring that Apple ID.

You can tap on the update button for each one at a time, let them update one by one until you get the prompt for the strange Apple ID, and then you'll know which one it is. The App that requests that Apple ID is the one that is tied to it.

Delete that App and the prompt should stop appearing.

For future reference, no one should ever be using their Apple Id on your devices for any reason at all as it can lead to problems like this one, and some that can be much harder to solve.

Send a copy (an attachment) to Apple at reportphishing@apple.com then delete it.

What happens when you try to delete it?

Are you saying you can't delete the app? What happens if you go to Settings/General/iPhone Storage, tap on it and tap Delete App?
