Turbo Tax say I have a keychain problem I do not even know what keychain is. I am tying to download info from It's deductible and screen freezes. Intuit sent me to Apple and said something is wrong with Keycahin. Remedies on this site of no help.

Restart your computer and then start Turbotax which will unfreeze the dialog. When asked for your keychain, use the password you use to unlock your screen, NOT the It's Deductable password. Then click 'always allow'. That fixed it for me.

Thanks, That did it. All the other suggestions did not fix. Now I know my keychain password
