That isn't from Apple and while someone else may be giving away iPhones (although I doubt it), I don't know why anyone but Apple would care what browser you used -- and if they cared about you using Safari I suspect they would be able to spell it correctly 3 times and not "Safary" the 3rd time.

rule of thumb, when something sounds too good to be true then not only is it not true but it's also an attempt to get you to compromise your creditcard info and or apple account
