Does anyone know why Mail does not recognize my new Outlook (Exchange) mail password each time I change it? It's not a problem on my iPhone.
MacBook Air (13-inch, Early 2014), iOS 11.2.5
I don't know the why but I figured out how to fix it. Simply providing the new password for Exchange in the dialogue box that asks for it doesn't work. You have to go to Internet Accounts, click on Exchange and then click on the box that says Details. If you enter your new password into THAT dialogue box it will accept it.
Mac does not accept new Outlook password each time I change it.
