Apple pay in Uber or Lyft

I have absolutely no desire for Apple pay to be a payment method in Uber or Lyft, yet I can not delete them. The Uber app keep automatically selecting Apple pay which is a personal card. I use Uber and Lyft for business. How do I turn off Apple pay in Uber and Lyft? Or delete the payment method from Uber or Lyft.

As far as I am concerned, when they charge my personal card after I SPECIFICALLY select my business card for a ride, that is FRAUD and an UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE.

I will be contact AmEx to have them investigate what I consider to be fraudulent charges by Uber, facilitated by Apple Pay.
