Need to add more space in Windows side is it possible to increase disk space without reformatting? Its a 121GB flash storage drive and has 32 gb for boot camp only 3.43GB free space. Mac side is 88GB with 19.81GB free.

You cannot change the size of the Boot Camp partition.

Change the size of the partition
It's not possible to change the size of the partition after installing Windows, but you can remove the partition and create a new partition of the correct size. Don't try to resize your partition with Windows or a third-party app.

In windows you can subst or use disk manager to mount any external hd as a dir so you can move the content of say
c:/photos to the external hd and just mount it as c:/photos then when one enter that dir one is really on the external hd
If you use a third-party tool like Winclone, you can add more disk space. It is commercial product.
