How can I restore missing icloud drive icon, containing files and folders, after upgrading to ios11?

Go to the App Store and download it. It's now called Files.

Why does iCloud Drive icon do not show up in the home screen? Since the last update to iOS v11.3.1, I am unable to find my iCloud Drive In the home screen!
