Poor customer service

What on Earth is going on, over at Apple? I scheduled an Appointment. Drove all the way up there, in Rush Hour traffic. Made Sure to get there Early. Checked in when I entered...they told me to have a Seat, that somebody would be with me Shortly. My appointment time went by. Then, 10 minutes later, noone said a word to me. Then 15 minutes later, no one called my name. I mentioned that I had been waiting to the Rep who Apologized, and that's the last I seen of him. 20 minutes had gone by, and nobody said a Word to me! I mentioned this to another Representative, I told him that 'Several' people, who had come in Long after me, had already been serviced! He apologized, and said that I was "next in Line." Okay. Four MORE Families, AFTER THAT were serviced. How could I be 'next in line'?!?!?? The other families said they felt sorry for me, that nobody was Helping me. 35 agonizing, and Unbelievably Long minutes *After* my Scheduled Appointment time, I finally was getting ready to leave, since they don't care, at all, about their Customers. FINALLY a guy came over, took my phone to the back. Said my phone would cost Almost as much as a new one to Repair, without ever taking it apart. It is because of Apple's Incorrect guidance that my phone is bricked, now, to begin with!!! Wow! Do they Really treat All their Customers this Incredibly LOUSY? Or, am I the 'Lucky One'? What good, is Setting up an Appointment...Days in advance....if they Completely Ignore You?! I Truly felt like Apple didn't give a da about me. Going into their Offices was frustrating and humiliating and seemed like they just couldn't Care Less, about their customers. This is hands-down, the WORST Customer Service Experience, I have Ever Had...at ANY company, In my Entire Life!!!

It was in Apple Store in "Fashion Valley" Mall, in San Diego, CA. No, I had never taken the phone to a non-Apple store. Allan, thanks, but it seems Apple doesn't Care about their customers, any more. I wouldn't know how to send this complaint to anybody at Apple, in a position to make a difference. I don't know, if they've gotten too big for their own good, or what, all I know is they treat their customers like they really don't care about their Customers, any more.
