Wifi-calling is now showing up on my new 8 Plus. Tried reset network and still not available.
That's pretty much the level of technical expertise from Wally world... Whoever told you that didn't know what they were talking about.
I can't find any mention of WiFi calling on their web site, so I'm going to guess they don't support it.
If they are questioning the capability of the iPhone 8 to allow wifi calling, they are complete and total idiots.
Yes. The phone supports it. It has to be provisioned on your account by the carrier.
Maybe you should consider a carrier with a clue instead of the cheapest one you can find.

Go to settings down to phone icon does it say wifi call.
Go down to second phone icon click that down to calls wifi calling on
If it,s Not working contact your network provider.

That feature requires carrier support. Contact your carrier.
I did and they told me apple did not turn it on.
Anyone knows if Walmart Family Mobile support Wifi-calling?
They said they turn it on in my account. I wonder if there is any issue with IOS11.2.5
Nothing to do with the phone, wifi calling is a carrier provided function.

No and that is what I have been working with Apple and Family Mobile to no success
